Seaboard
Properties Incorporated was founded in 1991 with a strategy
to acquire properties that accommodate the requirements
of small businesses. Through the 1990s, Seaboard focused
on office properties in Fairfield County, primarily
in the city of Stamford. In 2001, Seaboard ventured
into the residential market through the purchase of
the Biltmore Apartments, and our current portfolio now
comprises approximately 800,000 square feet. Because
Seaboard acts as exclusive property manager and leasing
agent, all properties cooperate and work together as
a seamless unit. As a result, we are able to offer our
tenants a variety of alternatives for their changing
space requirements within the unique environs of Fairfield
County.
At Seaboard, we consider our tenants clients, and
believe in establishing relationships built on quality
workspace and added services. New tenants of Seaboard
move into their space with many amenities already
in place including telephones, long distance carriers,
datalines, and direct access to the internet. Our
buildings reflect a current trend toward entrepreneurship
and the need for flexible interior spaces. Through
our existing and future properties, Seaboard Properties
will continue to offer a dynamic alternative to the
conventional office environment that houses most of
corporate America.
